Kapolei-based Kiewit Pacific Co. has been awarded a $32.1 million contract by the U.S. Army.
The contract is for the construction of two facilities at the Pohakuloa Army Training Area on the Big Island, including a battle area complex and a tactical vehicle wash facility, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The project is expected to be completed by December 2011.
