More Stimulus for Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge on the Big Island

HONOLULU (AP) — National wildlife refuges and hatcheries in Hawaii will receive more than $8 million in stimulus funding.
Hawaii Senators Daniel Inouye and Daniel Akaka said in a Washington news release that the funding “will help protect and preserve irreplaceable, beautiful and unique parts of Hawaii.”

Hilo’s Kitamori Leads Pacific Women to Fifth Place

Additional Police Bike Patrols Coming Soon to Big Island
